Set of 19th century handwrought door hardware consisting of four large pair of foliated "H" hinges, a spring loaded door latch and a striker plate. Nice decorative hammered edges on the hinges. Hinges are 10" tall.

17th/18th century handwrought iron splint holder of monumental proportions. "U" shaped holders terminate in broad rattails. Shank is slow turned and ends in a tapered overlap for mounting via a large rosehead nail. The standard has a burl base and a pine upright. Old dry surface. An ancient piece of lighting! 41.5" tall.

18th century handwrought iron candle holders. Spike end to be driven into a wooden post or wall. All are from the Sorber collection, B, C, and D, are pictured in the book "Colonial Wrought Iron, The Sorber Collection". A is 7.5" long, B is 6.5" long, C is 8.25" long and D is 3.5" long. Sold separately.

19th century poplar and white pine dovetailed case of 24 dovetailed drawers. Interesting display/storage space in center. Case is in old black paint, drawer fronts are in reddish brown paint. Nice and dry with a good surface quality. Pulls are brass. Top is 41.5" x 10 7/8", 24.25" tall.

19th century advertising sign painted on board for "Barker Clothing Company, Newport". Dry, crusty painted surface removed many years ago from the side of a barn six miles outside of Newport, Rhode Island, an interesting piece of Americana. 47.25" tall x 11.5" wide.

18th/19th century primitive candle dryer. Arms are removeable to allow dipping of candles and are chamfered with lamb's tongue detail. All maple in original, dry, untouched, never painted surface. 23.5" across x 20.5" tall.

Very small early 19th century wallbox. New England white pine in original surface black paint. Canted front board and small square cut brads, great dry surface, wonderful original condition. 6 3/8" wide x 3.75" deep x 8.25" tall.

Early 18th century brass sundial with incised decoration of a winged Father Time and the verse "Time is more sacred than gold" and dated 1715. Wonderful unpolished surface in excellent condition. 7 7/8" diameter.
